The Wilds Film and
video has the ability to enhance the sights and sounds of a natural
environment: wind whispering through pines; waves crashing on
rocks; a creek babbling beneath ice. These audio/visual experiences
heighten the awareness of viewers to the unique qualities of
wild places. |

Through The Wilds I attempt to capture the spirit of wild places, providing a portal through which the viewer can experience a sense of place. The Wilds is a video series that captures the dramatic landscapes and natural sounds of parks, nature reserves and World Heritage Sites. These "environmental pieces" are designed to provide an audio/visual experience through enhanced natural audio, dramatic cinematography and acoustical music. The Wilds draws you into the environments of Earth's spectacular wild & scenic places.
